Dear John Just a brief note to say thanks for all your help trying to resolve the problems with my cue. I appreciate all the hard work you've put in over the last few months to make the alterations a success. In the last few tournaments I feel that my old form is starting to return and much of the credit for that is down to the time and effort you've spent working on my cue. A cue is a very personal thing to a snooker player and the slightest change makes a huge difference to how comfortable you feel at the table.
