Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you an exchange for an alternative product or gift vouchers to the original value of your initial purchase. Please note that goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging along with proof or purchase.

Returns received outside the above time frame may be accepted at Parris Cues Ltd sole and unfettered discretion.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items we deem damaged as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We reserve the right to charge you the cost of re-delivery when a product we deem as not faulty is returned to us.

We can only exchange Products for the original Purchaser of the goods. If you require an exchange or replacement, items returned must be received in a saleable condition, in original, undamaged packaging.

For your security and protection and to prevent fraud, all orders packed by us are monitored and recorded by CCTV to ensure that we don't leave anything out of your order.

Returns Procedure

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Where agreed, Parris Cues Ltd will arrange for faulty or damaged goods to be collected by a secure carrier, to be returned to us.

If you change your mind, or are unhappy with the goods supplied please ensure that the package is sealed and is labelled clearly with our address details. Ship the parcel using a guaranteed service, insured for the full purchase value of the goods; you must retain proof of postage for your reference and security.

All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment.

Note – All returns from outside the European Union (EU) must include the below codes on all invoices, Shipping Documents and Airway Bills. Otherwise import taxes and duties will be charged, any charges must be paid in full by the customer before any goods can be returned.

This also applies to any items being shipped to us for repair.
